Welcome to a life of vibrant possibilities

Hi, I'm Rhiannon, Your Sober Guide to Bold Authentic Living

Together, we’ll challenge the stereotypes around addiction and embrace fearless authenticity.

My Mission

My mission is to challenge the stereotypes surrounding alcoholism by sharing my personal journey with alcohol misuse. I aim to dismantle preconceived notions of what a female alcoholic looks like and acts like, creating space for honest conversations about addiction. By questioning the societal norms around drinking, I want to empower women to reflect on their relationship with alcohol—asking whether it adds to or subtracts from their true selves.

HELLO, BEAUTIFUL

Who I am

I’m Rhiannon, your sober guide to a life free of alcohol. Through my own journey with alcohol misuse, I broke free from a 20-year cycle that nearly defined my existence.

I had to face hard truths, confront my internal beliefs, and reject the societal pressures that kept me stuck in a cycle of self-deception.

Sobriety didn’t come easy—it came from deep, relentless work, questioning everything I thought I knew about myself and the world around me. I made a promise to myself to stop hiding behind alcohol and start living on my own terms. Now, I’m here to help other women do the same: to break through the shame, confront their truth, and reclaim their lives.

My story is a challenge to the idea of what a “female alcoholic” looks like, and I aim to dismantle those preconceived ideas by showing that recovery isn’t just possible, it’s necessary. It’s about finding the strength to face the reality of who you are, and having the courage to change.

WHAT i STAND FOR

My Values

Creativity

I see creativity as a powerful tool for transformation—whether through self-expression or breaking free from limiting beliefs, it’s the spark that fuels change.

Community

Together, we rise. Building a supportive, open community where we can share, learn, and empower each other is at the heart of everything I do.

Authenticity

I believe in embracing your true self, free from societal expectations or shame, and sharing your story with honesty and vulnerability.

True power comes from within. My mission is to help women reclaim their strength, challenge societal norms, and create lives where they are unapologetically themselves.

Empowerment

My Philosophy: Reclamation

  • Challenge the norms, embrace the truth, and live unapologetically.

  • Reclaim your life, your identity, and your power—on your terms.

  • It’s not about quitting—it’s about reclaiming your true self.

My story

I first turned to alcohol at 14, abandoning parts of myself in exchange for something that promised comfort. By 19, I had lost the essence of who I was—the child who danced without care, laughed freely, and shared her light with anyone around her. Alcohol had become my companion, my escape, and by my mid-twenties, it was the one thing I relied on when life felt too overwhelming. But by 30, after 16 years of this toxic relationship, I was exhausted and felt the weight of it all.

The last four years before I chose sobriety were the hardest of my life—filled with intense personal growth, immense struggle, and countless steps backward. There’s no linear path when you’re trying to break free from something that’s been there for as long as alcohol had been for me, especially when it was something that helped me navigate some of the darkest times in my life.

This journey of questioning, researching, and ultimately unlearning everything I’d known about alcohol was the turning point. I realized the relationship I’d had with alcohol was not who I truly was, but the hardest part was challenging the societal norms around it. As a woman, I didn’t fit the stereotype of what an alcoholic was supposed to look like. That’s why I share my story—not to glorify the struggle, but to show the complexity of it and how we, as women, need to reflect on whether alcohol truly serves us or keeps us stuck in a cycle.

My Why

My mission is to challenge the stereotypes and preconceived notions surrounding alcoholism, particularly when it comes to women. For far too long, society has shaped our understanding of addiction through a narrow lens—one that often excludes the complex realities of what it means to struggle with alcohol misuse as a woman. I want to create space for real, raw, and unfiltered conversations about addiction and sobriety. I want to dismantle the shame and stigma, so women can feel empowered to truly question their relationship with alcohol. It's not just about looking at how much we drink, but about asking: Does this serve me? Does this add to my life, my self-worth, and my purpose? Or is it taking something vital from me?

The goal is to spark a revolution within ourselves—a movement that empowers women to step out of the shadows of alcohol misuse, to rewrite their own stories. It's not about perfection. It’s about showing up for ourselves, day by day, and saying enough is enough. It’s about choosing to reclaim your power, your health, and your identity, free from the lies and the limitations alcohol may have placed on you. That’s why I share my story and why I believe in this mission: because every woman deserves to live her life in full, unapologetic truth.
